Delete your account

You can request deletion of your MyCollegeMail account and all data tied to it at any time — whether or not you still have the app installed.

What gets deleted

Your account info (name, email, graduation year, ZIP code)
Every piece of mail you've scanned — photos and extracted text
Your academic profile (GPA, test scores, school preferences)
Your calendar and shortlist
Your activity history, streak, and earned badges

How to request it

Email help@mycollegemail.com from the address you signed up with (this is how we confirm it's really your account) and ask us to delete it. We'll process the request and delete everything listed above within 30 days, and confirm once it's done.
